The drone has monitored Sprat this summer. They’ve found that it can monitor 24% fish in daytime when the Sprat stays closer to the surface. Better findings in darkness to, and findings where non other craft can operate.

It doesn’t seem to have any effect on the fish.

The extreme stabile and seaworthy design is particularly mentioned.

It has 20 NM operation distance.

It’s better than sail drones in the fjords and confined areas.

In the future they might equip with other sensors, like EDNA which can identify different species of fish from water analysis.
